Anthony Rios, Associate Attorney

Anthony Rios is an associate attorney with the Kraut Law Group Criminal & DUI Lawyers, Inc.. Prior to joining the Kraut Law Group Criminal & DUI Lawyers, Inc., Mr. Rios worked for the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office for 8 years where he was a leader in Wisconsin’s forensic science community. Mr. Rios helped coordinate the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s forensic science practice group, serving as an agency liaison and specialist on forensic issues for other legal practitioners in the state.

Mr. Rios is respected by his colleagues on both sides of the courtroom for his expertise and litigation skills. Mr. Rios has spent his career relentlessly defending his clients against a variety of criminal charges. Mr. Rios understands that there is more to you than what is alleged in the criminal complaint and takes pride in his ability to effectively and persuasively tell your whole story and ensure that you are heard.

Mr. Rios graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with honors and distinction in his major and then attended the University of Wisconsin Law School. During law school, Mr. Rios was a clinic student at the Wisconsin Innocence Project and a member of the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
